BBC Scotland presenter diagnosed with 'covid tongue' but hopes vaccine will help her fight it

BBC Scotland presenter Annie McGuire has revealed she had been diagnosed with Covid Tongue. Annie who works on BBC The Edit and Seven Days was diagnosed with Covid-19 on March 17 despite receiving the vaccine thirteen days beforehand.

Referring to herself and her son and husband she said at the time: "Both got Covid. So has Mr Annie. I had my vaccine 13 days ago so hoping it will do its thing to some extent.
