Speaking to MPs, Boris Johnson said it could be down to individual pub owners to decide whether proof of a vaccine is needed to enter their premises.
Asked if a vaccine certificate could be required for a trip to the pub, Mr Johnson told the Commons Liaison Committee this afternoon: “I think that that’s the kind of thing – it may be up to individual publicans, it may be up to the landlord.” The Prime Minister appeared before the committee of senior MPs to answer questions on the government's response to the coronavirus pandemic among other topics.
