According to reports 28 year old Yazmin was travelling in the vehicle with Jake when it left the road and fell over the cliff side. Former Riverdale actor Ryan Grantham pleaded guilty to second-degree murder in March for the killing of his mother, Barbara Waite.

That video also showed his mother's lifeless body.According to the CBC, prosecutors claim the day after the murder, Grantham packed his car with three guns, ammunition, 12 Molotov cocktails, camping supplies and a map with directions to Rideau Cottage in Ottawa.
