The bemused motorist looks confused as he attempts to push his mangled black car from the wreckage following the crash on the A730 in Rutherglen near Glasgow at around 2pm on Friday.
In a video recorded shortly after the collision with the traffic light on the busy road, the driver claims he is stuck before quickly exiting as the passer-by tells him they need to call the cops.
