Two playful baby otters are being cared for at the Scottish SPCA’s Clackmannanshire rescue centre.The otters were found in Alness in Easter Ross on September 8 without their mother and taken to the National Wildlife Rescue Centre in Fishcross.They have been named Al and Ness after the town where they were discovered and it is hoped they can be released back into the wild next summer.It comes as the animal welfare charity launched a fundraiser to encourage the Scottish public to Go Wild for Wildlife.Fishcross-based Scottish SPCA wildlife operations manager Anna Keen said this week: “Al, the male, and Ness, the female, were found just one minute’s walk apart from each other and were the same age and weight, suggesting they are siblings.“We.
