A heartless carer with anger issues has been slammed by a sheriff after she repeatedly slapped an elderly woman before telling her to “f*****g shut it.”Bully Claire Drynan was in a “position of absolute trust” when she subjected the vulnerable 73-year-old to the ordeal while she was supposed to be looking after her.The sickening attack was only exposed when a concerned colleague overheard shouting and recorded the incident on her mobile phone.At Paisley Sheriff Court, Sheriff Gillian Craig slammed the behaviour of Drynan, who was employed as a carer for one of society’s “most vulnerable groups” and ordered the 53 year old to pay compensation to her elderly victim.The court previously heard that Drynan - who had been a carer for 13 years at the time of the sickening attack - was only snared when a colleague turned up at the elderly woman’s address but couldn’t get access to the building. Procurator fiscal depute Ian Mathieson explained: “The witness heard shouting from within the property and took out her mobile phone and started to record the sounds coming from within the property.“Voices could be heard and phrases such as, ‘Head up, lean forward, arms up, get your arms up, other side, arms in’“Various slapping sounds could also be heard and phrases such as ‘F*****g shut it’ and ‘What you f*****g doing?’ and ‘Sit and do the toilet.’“The witness stopped recording at that point and tried to gain entry by hammering at the door.“The door
