Rangers midfielder Nnamdi Ofoborh has shared how he was targeted by racist trolls as he streamed himself playing games online.
The star signed for the team last year but is yet to make his full debut for the club because of a heart condition. While he is unable to play on the pitch for real pending a sign-off from medics, he appears to be enjoying doing so virtually in the game FIFA 22.
However, a live stream of his gameplay on streaming website Twitch on Tuesday was plagued by racist comments. Ofoborh has shared the shocking remarks on his Instagram story.
In screenshots of the chat feed that accompanied his live broadcast, two viewers called him a "monkey". However, fans of the Rangers player leapt to his defence, calling out the vile remarks.
