Lowland League has a good chance of being green lit by clubs. It emerged this week that Rangers and Celtic have put forward plans to move their colt teams into the regional fifth tier of Scottish football.

The proposal is for a one-year agreement that would void the B-teams positions at the end of the season - meaning they cannot be promoted or relegated.

The plan will reportedly see Rangers and Celtic offer £50,000 between them to the fifth tier sides as part of them joining their setup.

The topic of the Premiership B teams joining the pyramid has remained controversial but Fraser believes the move could be approved at the key vote by Lowland League sides on Monday.
