Police raced to the scene of an incident in Glasgow which left two men hospitalised. Officers were called to the Cathcart Road area at around 7.25pm on Saturday August 1 after being called to reports of an injured man.An investigation led them to a property on Butterbiggins Road where they discovered a second injured person.

They were taken to the Queen Elizabeth University Hospital for treatment on no non life-threatening injuries. The circumstances surrounding their injuries are currently not known.

A Police Scotland spokesperson said: "Officers attended the Cathcart Road area at around 7.25pm on Saturday, 1 August, 2020 in response to a call regarding an injured male. "Subsequent enquiries were carried out at a property on Butterbiggins.
