Donald John Trump (born June 14, 1946) is the 45th and current president of the United States. Before entering politics, he was a businessman and television personality. Trump was born and raised in the New York City borough of Queens, and received a bachelor's degree in economics from the Wharton School. He took charge of his family's real-estate business in 1971, renamed it The Trump Organization, and expanded its operations from Queens and Brooklyn into Manhattan.

The company built or renovated skyscrapers, hotels, casinos, and golf courses. Trump later started various side ventures, mostly by licensing his name. He owned the Miss Universe and Miss USA beauty pageants from 1996 to 2015, and produced and hosted The Apprentice, a reality television show, from 2003 to 2015. Forbes estimates his net worth to be $3.1 billion.

Joseph Robinette Biden Jr. (born November 20, 1942) is an American politician who served as the 47th vice president of the United States from 2009 to 2017 and represented Delaware in the U.S. Senate from 1973 to 2009. A member of the Democratic Party, Biden is the presumptive Democratic nominee for president in the 2020 election. He unsuccessfully sought the Democratic presidential nomination in 1988 and in 2008.

Pete Buttigieg Joins Advisory Board to Joe Biden’s Transition Team

Former Democratic presidential candidate Pete Buttigieg has joined nominee Joe Biden’s transition team on his 15-person advisory board.

According to CNN, the advisory board also includes several former Obama administration officials, like former Surgeon General Vivek Murthy and former Deputy Attorney General Sally Yates, as well as former National Security Advisor Susan Rice.

Biden also added four co-chairs to the team who will join Delaware Sen. Ted Kaufman, who is running the team: top Obama economic advisor Jeffrey Zients, New Mexico Gov.

Michelle Lujan Grisham, Louisiana Rep. Cedric Richmond, and senior campaign advisor Anita Dunn. Should Biden win the general election and unseat President Donald Trump, the transitional team will help
