Perth and Kinross residents over £1 million more than in other council areas, a report has revealed. The figures from the Scottish Parliament Information Centre (SPICe), also highlights parcel delivery surcharges have cost the region’s residents over £2.4m.

Online shoppers in the Perthshire North constitiuency faced an additional cost of £1,378,000 – relative to other areas of the UK – while in Perthshire South and Kinross-shire they paid £1,026,000.
