Hundreds took advantage of the offer, but some shoppers who were unsuccessful have since discovered they've had direct debits set up by Klarna - the payment platform that allows you pay for goods later in instalments.Xbox customers say they've had payments set up for items they never received.Klarna also conducted hard credit checks on these customers.Gamers are also concerned that they won't be able to remove the debt.Klarna said the problems occurred after retailers ran out of stock and had to close their online orders while consumers were at the checkout - or mid-way through their credit.
