Marcus Rashford (born 31 October 1997) is an English professional footballer who plays as a forward for Premier League club Manchester United and the England national team.
A Manchester United player from the age of seven, he scored two goals on both his first-team debut against Midtjylland in the UEFA Europa League in February 2016 and his Premier League debut against Arsenal three days later.
He also scored in his first Manchester derby match, his first EFL Cup match and his first UEFA Champions League match. With United, Rashford has so far won the FA Cup, EFL Cup, FA Community Shield and UEFA Europa League.
Paul Scholes has warned Manchester United that they will find themselves "four down by half-time" if they repeat their first-half performance against Atalanta when Liverpool visit on Sunday.
Scholes made the prediction after watching United battle back from 2-0 down to secure a dramatic 3-2 win over the Italian side in the UEFA Champions League at Old Trafford on Wednesday evening.
United found themselves 2-0 down at half-time and sitting bottom of Group F, with goals from Mario Pasalic and Merih Demiral putting Atalanta in control.
However, second-half goals from Marcus Rashford, Harry Maguire and Cristiano Ronaldo turned the game on its head, with the latter netting a late winner with an excellent header.
