In a candid post shared to her Instagram on Saturday 29 January, the 40 year old, who has openly documented the highs and lows of motherhood, shared a selfie of her smiling at the camera.The songstress wrote in the caption: "I haven't been posting much on here because I've been having a few crisis in my personal life."
