Two months on from welcoming her son, Olivia Bowen has opened up on how she's finding motherhood and the health concerns she's had since Abel's arrival.
Speaking exclusively to OK! in promotion of Natures Aid Mini Drops, the new mum explained that she's set up an appointment with a post-natal specialist after experiencing some "complications" during the birth of her baby boy. "I have an appointment with a post-natal specialist to check my pelvic floor and lots of other parts of my wellbeing after birth," she explained.
Olivia, who recently shared an update on her renovation project with a house tour, added: "I had a bit of a complicated birth, so getting help and advice from a professional is extremely important to me." While she's gone to professionals for her medical health, the former Love Island star has relied heavily on her friends to support and give advice on becoming a parent for the first time with her husband Alex, 31.
She told OK! that her pals told her the "ins and outs" of going into labour and giving birth, including all the "down and dirty details" about how her breasts would change. "When something happened that was new to me, I would always message the girls like, 'Is this normal?!'" she said.
