Meghan, Duchess of Sussex (born Rachel Meghan Markle; August 4, 1981) is an American member of the British royal family and former actress.

From 2011 to 2017, she played Rachel Zane on the American legal drama Suits. In a post on Twitter at around 8.40pm on Friday, the service said the 'most serious emergencies' were being prioritised. The service also warned that delays are to be expected this evening.
