Nintendo said that around 60 per cent of game purchases were from the console’s catalogue in the last fiscal year. In comparison, in 3Q it was 50 per cent.

The publisher said it wants to release titles that “suit each type of user this year and into next year.”After Nintendo’s latest financial results were released today (February 3), it was revealed that the Switch had surpassed the Wii in sales.
