Police say a man in his 50s was found with serious head injuries 'unresponsive' and 'slumped' on a sofa.Paramedics were called but he was pronounced dead at the scene.The victim is thought to have lived on the street for a number of years.One neighbour described him as 'such a nice guy'.He added: "He always said hello when he walked past.
