A Sky News interview featuring Tory MP Nadine Dorries was forcibly cut short following an off-camera altercation. The interview, which took place this morning (July 28), saw Ms Dorries speaking from Birmingham with breakfast presenter Kay Burley.

The two were having a regular interview before the Culture Secretary abruptly declared "we're going to have to go". Ms Burley attempted to ask why they had to stop the interview right before a man could be heard off camera causing a commotion.

Ms Dorries explained to the presenter “the cameraman’s in a bit of trouble”. Meanwhile, a man could be heard shouting: “Touch me then?

You can’t because they’ll have you arrested for assault.” Read more: University of Manchester issues statement over 'upsetting reports' of student applicant's death Ms Dorries chimed into the conflict, and told the man: “He’s not touching you.” The man responded: “He can’t touch me madam, what do you mean he ain’t touching me?
