Loose Women presenter Nadia Sawalha has revealed she was "heading for an early death" due to her party-goer lifestyle, but it all changed when she welcomed her eldest daughter Maddy with her husband Mark Adderley.

Looking back on the time she became a mother for the first time on the How To Stay Married (So Far) podcast, Nadia, 57, admitted she and Mark weren't in the mindset of becoming parents when she fell pregnant. "We were a beautiful disaster, we were two quite broken people when I think about it,” the TV host said alongside her husband.
