More than 87,000 Aldi shoppers queued to buy a £149 item this morning

The wicker basket chair, which retails for £149, went on sale in the early hours, and was once again snapped up by eager shoppers.

It's no surprise the hanging egg chairs sold out quickly, given the product history. Last time they went on sale, Aldi was forced to pause the queuing system, after over 84,000 people found themselves waiting.
