Reports suggested this week that The Wanted star Max George and Stacey Giggs had split after four years together. Now, a source has told OK!

that the pair had simply "lost their spark" before going their separate ways. Speaking exclusively to OK!, a source said: "They basically just grew apart.There's quite an age gap between Stacey and Max and it started to feel more like a mother and son relationship." Our source added that since Max had been back on tour with The Wanted, things had changed for the former couple. "Max has been back on tour with The Wanted and their lives have just become different," they explained. "Nobody's been unfaithful, the spark has just gone."
