Marcus Rashford

Marcus Rashford (born 31 October 1997) is an English professional footballer who plays as a forward for Premier League club Manchester United and the England national team.

A Manchester United player from the age of seven, he scored two goals on both his first-team debut against Midtjylland in the UEFA Europa League in February 2016 and his Premier League debut against Arsenal three days later.

He also scored in his first Manchester derby match, his first EFL Cup match and his first UEFA Champions League match. With United, Rashford has so far won the FA Cup, EFL Cup, FA Community Shield and UEFA Europa League.

Ole Gunnar Solskjaer
Ole Gunnar Solskjær KSO (Norwegian pronunciation: (About this soundlisten); born 26 February 1973) is a Norwegian professional football manager and former player. He is currently the manager of English club Manchester United. As a player, he played as a forward and spent most of his career with Manchester United. Solskjær also supervises a training academy for young footballers in his home town of Kristiansund, and is a patron of the Manchester United Supporters' Trust.

Ighalo confirms desire to stay at United When Manchester United completed the loan signing of Odion Ighalo in the final hours of the January transfer window, there were no great expectations placed on the Nigerian striker.

With Marcus Rashford injured, Ighalo’s main job was to lighten the load on Anthony Martial. But Ighalo has quickly proven himself to be an important player for United, scoring four goals in eight appearances for his boyhood club.

United manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has already stated an interest in making the 30-year-old’s loan move permanent and the striker himself is keen to remain at Old Trafford.
