The workers have been left out in the cold and it is very unfair.“They are blaming Covid-19 but that has nothing to do with it.“Many local people have supported Malin Court over the years and now they are not going to re-open the restaurant."The way they’ve dealt with it is a disgrace.”There are 18 hotel rooms at Malin Court and it is believed around 30 staff who are currently on furlough could be made redundant.The nursing and care home staff will be kept on and bosses have even posted on.
