dailyrecord.co.ukPlanning has been approved for a huge residential development in Strathaven.The development, which has been split into four phases and are part of the larger East Overton Masterplan site, will see 105 homes as well as a MUGA and a recreational area being built in phases three and four of the plan.The project was approved by South Lanarkshire’s Planning Committee on December 14, the development will be built by Bancon Homes and HJ Paterson.The Lanarkshire Live app is available to download now.
