divorce drama between Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann continues!According to new court docs obtained by ET, Kroy is alleging that Kim presented a «very troubling» gambling problem over the course of their marriage, which he claims accelerated in the months leading up to their divorce.In addition to allegedly financially devastating their family, Kroy claims that Kim is so consumed with online gambling, that she is unable to properly care for their children — Kroy, 11, Kash, 10, and twins, Kaia and Kane, 9 — and is concerned for their safety and well-being. Kroy is also dad to Kim's oldest daughters, Brielle, 26, and Ariana, 21, whom he adopted during their marriage.The former NFL star furthered his claims with a bank statement from the couple's joint account from the month of April, which had over $127,000 in deposits at the beginning of the month, and by the end, was only left with $760.00.Kroy is asking for Kim to be psychologically evaluated to determine «any underlying mental issues» that he believes have manifested through his ex-wife's alleged gambling problem and other «behaviors indicative of additional addiction issues.»He not only believes it's in the best interest of their children for Kim to submit to the psychological evaluation and follow any recommended treatment, but Kroy is also asking that she pay for it, and make the results available to the court, as well as him and his legal team.ET has reached out to Kim's reps for comment.Kroy's filing comes just days after Kim requested that her estranged husband undergo an evaluation of his own, with the former  star filing a motion for Kroy to be drug tested.

Kim Zolciak is feeling a little too lucky these days, and it's "financially devastated" the family, her estranged husband claims.In new court documents, Kroy Biermann alleged that Kim has many "compulsions," including online gambling. Kroy alleged that the "Real Housewives of Atlanta" alum has been "spending substantial time and marital funds on gambling and other games of chance… this compulsion has financially devastated the parties."The former NFL player argued that Kim's parenting has been affecting by her alleged gambling, stating that her "time is so consumed with online gambling" that she cannot properly take care of their four minor children: Kroy, 11, Kash, 10, and 9-year-old twins Kaia and Kane.Further, Kroy wants his ex to undergo a psychological evaluation for mental health issues such as depression, narcissistic personality disorder, bipolar disorder. In his court filing, which was obtained by TMZ, he attached bank statements and checks showing thousands of dollars in withdrawals, all of which he alleged Kim is responsible for.After Kim filed for divorce from Kroy earlier this month, friends indicated that things were bound to get ugly, as both parties weren't willing to give in to the other.

Despite filing for divorce, Kim and Kroy continue to live under the same roof, separated, ET confirms.On May 5, after 11 years of marriage, both the Bravo star and the former NFL player filed for divorce.In his filing, Kroy wrote that he and Kim are in a «bona fide state of separation» and that their marriage «irretrievably broken with no hope of reconciliation.»Kroy is seeking the temporary and permanent sole legal and sole physical custody of the couple's four minor children. He is also asking for child support, the property he came into the marriage with, and permanent possession of his and Kim's home.

Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann are divorcing after 11 years of marriage. Documents obtained by Fox News Digital revealed the former NFL player filed a divorce petition May 5 in Atlanta "on the ground that the marriage is irretrievably broken."  Zolciak filed her own petition the same day.

He is not seeking custody of their two older kids.Kroy wants child support to be awarded on a temporary and permanent basis, and notes that he «brought certain separate property to the marriage and seeks an award of the same.» Kroy is also seeking that all debts and obligations during the course of the marriage be divided equally and that he be awarded exclusive, temporary and permanent use and possession of the couple's home.Additionally, Kroy is asking for his attorneys' fees and expenses of litigation be paid for within reason. ET has learned that Kim filed her own divorce petition in Fulton County on the same day at Kroy.

The documents go on to note that Biermann will “seek the temporary and permanent sole legal and sole physical custody” of the former couple’s four underage children: Kroy Jr., Kash, Kaia and Kane.Both parents are required to complete a domestic intake worksheet, which monitor the treatment of their children over 30 days.The former NFL linebacker, 37, is also asking that property he purchased separate from Zolciak, 44, be awarded to him fully, but is requesting that their debt be split evenly.

Andy Cohen has weighed in on Kim Zolciak-Biermann's divorce and shared that he reached out to the alum following the news. The Bravo executive producer brought up Kim's split from KroyBiermann after over a decade together on his radio show, SiriusXM’s , Tuesday, saying, «I sent my condolences because it's a sad thing. They have kids, and that was just a couple that seemed very much in love.»«I was very surprised.
