Kanye West claims 'Donda' was released without his approval by Universal

Kanye West is alleging that Universal released his latest album, "Donda," without his approval. On Sunday, West’s tenth studio album, named after his late mother, finally hit streaming platforms after weeks of delays and three major listening party events.

However, hours after its release, West took to Instagram to share that he believes Universal Music Group went forward with the "Donda" release before he was ready for it to go out.  "UNIVERSAL PUT MY ALBUM OUT WITHOUT MY APPROVAL AND THEY BLOCKED JAIL 2 FROM BEING ON THE ALBUM," he wrote in one of the only posts that appear on his page.
