Despite their divorce, the pair are both fighting hard for custody of their kids. Sadly, this means that things have gotten a bit sour between them.
On Sept. 21, Turner filed a lawsuit against Jonas claiming that he was wrongfully keeping their daughters in the U.S. although he allegedly agreed to allowing the UK to be their primary home back in 2022.According to Us Weekly, Turner allowed Jonas to take their children to the United States and bring them on tour with him while she was busy working in the UK.
