Jane Fonda has given fans the ultimate ’80s throwback by reviving her iconic workouts in a promotion for her virtual Fire Drill Fridays rallies.

The Grace and Frankie actress took to video-sharing site TikTok on Thursday to post her first clip, in which she was dressed in gym clothes and positioned on a yoga mat. “I’m bringing back the Jane Fonda workout during this home sequestration,” Fonda commented, before launching into a set of leg lifts.

However, the video then switched to a short clip from one of her popular 1980s workout videos, before cutting to a shot of the star standing in a red coat. “You know what?

Due to the coronavirus pandemic and in effort to keep individuals safe during political rallies, Jane Fonda on Wednesday launched a partnership with Greenpeace to present virtual iterations of her Fire Drill Fridays, the political events she has been participating in to campaign for the government to address climate change. The actress and longtime climate change activist will be "hosting monthly virtual rallies as well as additional programming throughout the month on Fridays to continue to keep the pressure on politicians to adopt a Green New Deal, end new fossil fuels, and enact a just transition to a renewable economy that protects workers and communities," a Greenpeace spokesperson said in a statement.
