With I’m A Celebrity South Africa due to begin airing tomorrow (April 24), cast member Helen Flanagan has taken to Instagram to share her nerves with her followers.

During a chat with her fans on her Instagram stories, former Coronation Street star Helen, 32, admitted that she’s worried about "humiliating" herself thanks to a "horrendous" Bushtucker Trial.

She told her fans: “The Trial of how I entered the jungle… I can’t even tell you how horrendous it was. I’m just thinking: 'I’m probably really going to humiliate myself in front of the whole of the UK tomorrow' – great,” as she gave a jokey thumbs up to the camera.

She then elaborated on what viewers can expect to see, saying: “The trial I had to do was so bad, so horrendous, that I genuinely don’t think that I could do it again.” During her first stint in I’m A Celeb in 2012, Helen came in seventh place, but was known for refusing to do almost all of the trials she was voted for, saying “I’m a celebrity get me out of here” on several occasions.
