Helen, 32, is currently starring in I'm A Celebrity... South Africa and took to social media to ask for support from fellow parents.Sharing a sweet photo of herself and Delilah beaming for the camera, Helen said: "Having a thing with Delilah at the moment where she just screamed and cries when I leave a room."She explained: "She follows me everywhere in the house and I know it's cute but it's not as well.
I wanted to go for a bath last night and she screamed the whole time. I still co-sleep with Delilah do any other mums feel me?"She also told her followers: "Also got a thing with Charlie when he keeps head butting me.
Also at the end of the day I feel touched out and feel bad for when I'm a snappy witch anyone else?" Helen confessed to fans that she resorted to locking herself in the toilet to get some peace in another relatable sharing. "Did lock myself in the toilet today for five minutes," she wrote with laughing and love heart emoji.
