People in France will need to wear a mask in public spaces from tomorrow - or risk getting fined.France’s health minister has said that people must wear masks in any enclosed public space, including shops and banks, from Monday (July 20).Any holidaymakers arriving in the country from Britain will have to follow the new rules.The UK Foreign Office has updated its travel advice to reflect the change in policy.Advice on the gov.uk website now reads: "France’s Health Minister has announced that wearing masks in enclosed public spaces will be compulsory from Monday 20 July."This includes shops, covered markets, banks, and other establishments open to the public."It adds that further details are due to be published soon.Officials in France made.
