GRAHAM Norton's debut novel is to be turned into a four-part drama for ITV. The TV presenter and Virgin Radio host released his first book, Holding, in 2016.

Now, ITV has commissioned a new TV adaptation of the novel, to be filmed on location in Ireland. Olivier award winning actor, Conleth Hill will take the leading role of local police officer, Sergeant PJ Collins, a gentle mountain of a man who hides from people and fills his days with comfort food and half-hearted police work.

But when the body of long-lost local legend Tommy Burke is discovered, PJ is called to solve a serious crime for the first time in his career.
