Gogglebox 's Ellie Warner will not return to the show this series following her boyfriend's horror car accident. Plumber Nat Eddleston is said to have suffered a broken neck, a broken back and two collapsed lungs after the crash, which occurred during a night out in Leeds last month.

Ellie usually appears in the Channel 4 show with her sister Izzi, but since Nat's accident, the duo have not appeared. A friend of the hairdresser said previously that Ellie is just focused on making sure she is there for her other half and that 'nothing else matters'.Now it's being reported that she will not be back on screen anytime soon as Nat begins his journey back to revovery.

A source close to Ellie told the Sun : “Ellie’s focus, 100 per cent, is on Nat and supporting him in his recovery. "She’s been told to take as much time off as she needs and it is very unlikely she will be returning during the current series.
