Amy, who rose to fame with her brother and parents in 2013 on the Channel 4 show, took to her social media to show off her trim-down figure.
And looking slimmer than ever, the star sported a vest top, leggings and pink boxing gloves as she threw punches and kicks at a personal trainer in the gym.The sweaty TV personality was hard working as she ducked and weaved in the heavy workout session.Taking to social media, Amy shared a series of clips of her workout on Friday, 19 August.
She wrote: "A snippet of our session today," followed by "Wham, bam, thank you Ma'am" and "I was gonna put music over this but quite enjoy the sounds of the punches." Amy concluded: "And that's the last of my boxing and amazing facial expressions for a Friday morning.
