Tipping the scales at 18st 8lb, Thomas began to suffer with breathing difficulties and a mystery rash on his legs.He was taken into hospital and warned by medics during a week-long stay his life was in need of a major shake-up if he wanted a better future.
Thomas, 50, had always been cynical about diets but he took the plunge and set out on a journey to transform his habits - and shed an incredible six stone in the process.
