A top Bolton chef has unveiled his latest creation - a tantalising 1kg pie stuffed with a full Christmas dinner. Gareth Mason is the head chef of Absolute Bar & Bistro in Westhoughton, having previously worked at acclaimed local restaurant chain Retreat.
