Three-year-old Freddie Lowe passed away on July 31 after being diagnosed late in 2020 with rhabdomyosarcoma, a rare type of cancer in the nasal area.

Tragically, on Father's Day (June 21) dad Chris and mum Hazel were told there was nothing that could be done medically to save his life following months of gruelling treatment.
