SXSW is still on-going with the music portion at the center of attention, but the films at this years festival were unforgettable. Because SXSW champions independent cinema, it gives move lovers like me the chance to discover movies I wouldn’t have heard of outside of traveling to Austin. Below I provide some quick cut capsule reviews for Aftershock, Woman on the Outside, Slash/Back, and Bitch Ass, which are a few of the films that made an impression on me. Be sure to put these on your radar!

Shirley Halperin Executive Editor, MusicThe Guild of Music Supervisors held its 12th annual awards ceremony virtually on March 20.Recognizing those who excel at the craft of music supervision in film, television, documentaries, games, advertising and trailers, the night’s big winners included HBO’s “The White Lotus,” supervised by Janet Lopez, who gave an impassioned acceptance speech, thanking the music makers of Hawaii for taking her call, and Liza Richardson for “Lovecraft Country” season 1. The Netflix film “Tick, Tick… Boom!,” supervised by Steven Gizicki, took home the prize for film budgeted over $25 million.

EMILY Atack looked completely different in a throwback photo with her younger brother George. The ITV star shared the adorable vintage photo in a 'photo dump' of a series of photos to celebrate the return of the sunny weather.

LOVE Island's Liberty Poole reunited with her Dancing On Ice co-star Connor Ball as they partied until the early hours of the morning. The Love Island babe, 22, showed off her dance moves in a coffee coloured, halter neck top and matching flared trousers.

DANCING On Ice is the winter show that has kept fans hooked on its drama both on and off the screens since it launched on ITV in 2006. Fearless celebs take to the ice each year to dazzle the audience with their brave efforts - but sometimes more drama happens off the ice.

GOOD Morning Britain has revealed there's a changing of the guard tomorrow - with Richard Madeley being replaced. The show has been fronted by the veteran TV star and show favourite Susanna Reid on Mondays to Wednesdays since before Christmas.

Demi Moore sent a special birthday message to her ex-husband, Bruce Willis.  On Saturday, the 59-year-old actress posted to her Instagram a picture with Willis. She captioned the image of the former couple, "Happy birthday, Bruce! Thankful for our blended family," adding a white heart emoji.  The duo stood in a kitchen, both smiling for the camera as Moore held a cutting board full of true morels.

Pete Davidson is cementing himself as part of the Kardashian family. Over the weekend, Pete joined Kourtney Kardashian's ex, Scott Disick, for a «boyz night.» The wild night in was captured on Scott's Instagram Story, but it appears it was the  comedian who had hold of Scott's phone.«Boyz night was wild,» Pete, who had a brief stint on Instagram, captioned the video, which featured Scott and another friend passed out on the couch.

Jared Leto has done it again. The method actor, known for his extreme on-screen transformations, is almost unrecognizable in his performance as Adam Neumann, the charismatic founder of the WeWork communal workspace venture, in the new Apple TV series . The first three episodes of the eight-part miniseries hit Apple TV Plus on Friday, March 18.With the help of a dialect coach and an expert hair and makeup team, Leto disappears into the real-life character of Neumann, whose idea for a single co-working space eventually became WeWork, a $47 billion start-up.

Johnny Depp and Amber Heard’s upcoming defamation trial.The long-delayed trial begins next month, with Marvel star Paul Bettany joining Franco and Musk as a witness. Representatives from the Walt Disney company and Warner Bros will also testify.According to Deadline, Franco and Musk are being brought in to testify on behalf of Heard after Depp accused them both of having an affair with his ex-wife.In 2019, Depp launched a defamation lawsuit against Heard, after she wrote a 2018 article in The Washington Post claiming she was a victim of domestic abuse.Depp and Heard will testify in person, per Bloomberg.
