Wildflower meadows at Irvine beach park have been hailed for supporting wildlife and providing a boost to visitors. The Dragon Meadow and Pond Meadow were sown last autumn using native wildflower seed – and this year's cuttings from both sites have been used to extend the Dragon Meadow.
