He quickly tramps on it with his foot, squashing it down into a difficult lie.Phil, of course, goes nuts. He runs up to the course marshal, shouting and protesting.

The marshal rules, “No foul.” Phil’s fans are going crazy, too – they saw what happened. Tiger’s fans are booing and pretending all is well.The marshal didn’t clearly see what happened, so goes to the video replay.
