Flooding is expected in Wigan, along with continued flooding in Bolton hours after Horwich was hit by a deluge yesterday, May 16.
The warnings specifically target Borsdane and Hockery Brook in Hindley, and Bessy Brook in Lostock, advising that 'immediate action is required'.
The government provided an update on the warnings in place last night, confirming the possibility that homes could be affected.
