When new magazine catch up with Ferne over Zoom, she’s being driven to filming for her ITVBe reality show First Time Mum. She’s keen to tell new all about her new online platform, Embodyment, and says the idea came about when she hit a “plateau” with her normal workout regime. “For so long I was doing HIIT and weight training, but doing the same thing over and over again gets boring,’” she says. “On Embodyment we’ve got dance, yoga and X-Fight – there’s so much variety.” The reality star, who celebrated her 30th birthday earlier this month, says she wants her two-year-old daughter Sunday to be.
