dailyrecord.co.ukExtinction Rebellion protesters have descended on Glasgow, blocking the entrance to the Home Office building.The activists locked themselves to each other to barricade the entrance outside the government building from about 7am on Monday, December 20.
The protesters, from Extinction Rebellion Scotland and Glasgow Calls Out Polluters, are demanding the UK Government ends, what they have branded, 'its hostile environment policy towards migrants'.
Pictures from the scene in Glasgow early this morning show the protesters lying on the ground using in lock-on tactics - which make it difficult to move demonstators.
