He claimed she “100 per cent” consented to it being shared and denied posting it on adult website Pornhub. But the alleged victim claims the video was meant to be purely for their consumption and was never meant for public consumption.
Moore, of Blackpool Lancs, appeared at Preston Crown Court to deny disclosing a private sexual photograph or film without the consent of the individual who appeared in the photograph or film with the intention of causing distress - a "revenge pornography" offence.
The jury heard how Moore and the woman enjoyed a “loving and romantic” relationship. She agreed to a recording of her performing a sex act while on holiday in Ibiza, telling the court: “James made me feel like it was a normal thing to do and that it was safe in his hands. “He told me he loved me.
