The 39-year-old singer was ordered to carry out 200 hours of unpaid work after he admitted assaulting Vikki Ager in April. A hearing at Leicester Crown Court in July heard how he 'put his hands to her throat' and left her with a head injury after 'pushing her into a hamster cage'.After being shown video footage of the incident, he told officers he could not watch it any further because it was 'horrible', the court heard.Mr Meighan has now spoken out about the night it happened for the first time since his sentencing in a joint interview with his parter.
