2064 is said to be the first queer film from Botswana. We spoke to actor and producer Donald Molosi about making the landmark sci-fi-short, screening at the RapidLion Film Festival. Directed by Joseph Adesunloye, 2064 was filmed on location in Botswana and Zimbabwe and it’s release follows last year’s decriminalisation of homosexuality in Botswana, which the government is currently challenging in the courts.
