David Martindale will remain in charge of Livingston after the SFA deemed him fit and proper during a hearing at Hampden on Tuesday.
The 44-year-old had been left sweating over the verdict that had previously been pushed back but he has now received the all clear to continue with the high-flying Lions.
Martindale was sent to prison for six-and-a-half years in 2006 for drug offences and his suitability needed ratified after moving up to replace Gary Holt as the man in charge.
Under SFA rules the board must be satisfied that any manager is fit and proper to hold such a position and the governing body are convinced the Glaswegian fits the criteria to fulfil the top role at the Tony Macaroni Arena.
