Loch Lomond road for a second day after visitors parked cars dangerously. Officers were seen handing out fines as they shut off the A821 at Duke's Pass for the second time in 24 hours.

Huge tailbacks were caught on camera as more Scots descended on the Trossachs.Angry locals have now called for "urgent action" to address the problem.

One woman tweeted First Minister Nicola Sturgeon footage of long queues of vehicles heading for the area this morning, saying it was in danger of suffering a second spike of coronavirus.

She said: "The amount of cars and people in Callander was excessive... there’s been an influx of tourists into the Highlands, MANY from England.
