North Lanarkshire Council have reinforced their message when it comes to using their public parks following the latest slight change to Scotland’s daily exercise rules during lockdown.The once-a-day exercise limit has been removed in Scotland from this week.But First Minister Nicola Sturgeon said people must still stay close to home and emphasised the move does not extend to picnics, sunbathing or barbecues.And North Lanarkshire Council have also stated that their parks such as Strathclyde Country Park is open for exercise but still the message remains the same not to drive to it.NLC tweeted: “It’s ok to exercise in our lovely country parks, but please don’t drive to them.“The guidance in Scotland permits exercise – such as walking, running
